Job Description
Job Overview
Join our team as an HVAC/R Technician where youll utilize your technical expertise to manage maintain and repair heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration systems. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong problemsolving skills and a commitment to safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Identify and repair complex faults in varying HVAC/R systems.
- Install HVAC/R equipment in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Offer technical guidance and support to clients as well as mentoring junior technicians.
- Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of verifiable experience in HVAC/R equipment maintenance and repair.
- Possess a valid HVAC/R certification or license appropriate for the state.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Capability to work efficiently independently or as part of a diversified team.
Working Conditions
- Fulltime role with potential for overtime based on project necessities.
- Travel may be required within the designated hiring area.
- Position necessitates physical strength to handle heavy equipment and work in enclosed environments.
- A company vehicle and necessary tools will be provided for work activities.
Salary and Benefits
