Job Description
Summary:
The Scrum Master will lead a hybrid onshoreoffshore team to enhance a client Partner Portal using SAP BTP. This role involves managing agile processes coordinating sprint planning and acting as the primary contact between onshore stakeholders and offshore developers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP environments agile methodologies and distributed team leadership.
Position Info:
- Title: Scrum Master
- Client: Jabil Circuit / Tampa
- Duration: 10 Months
- Location: Saint Petersburg Florida 33716
- Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives ensuring strong collaboration across teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the product owner and the offshore team.
- Ensure adherence to SAP BTP development standards and quality expectations.
- Identify and resolve impediments specific to onshoreoffshore team dynamics.
- Use agile project management tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps) to monitor progress and ensure stakeholder visibility.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with 2 years managing hybrid onshoreoffshore teams.
- Strong experience with SAP specifically SAP BTP.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAP Activate certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills particularly for distributed team coordination.
