Summary:
The PeopleSoft Campus Solutions QA Analyst will conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance of various PeopleSoft modules including Student Records Admissions Financial Aid and Academic Advising. The role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams developing and executing test plans for system updates tracking defects and supporting User Acceptance Testing. This fully remote role requires working East Coast hours.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts functional leads developers and endusers to ensure full testing coverage.
- Conduct functional integration and regression testing across PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules.
- Develop and execute test plans for PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) PeopleSoft Regulatory Patch (PRP) and HighPoint upgrades.
- Identify document and track defects collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
- Lead client walkthroughs of testing results facilitating signoff for production deployment.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring accurate test data alignment.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience testing PeopleSoft Campus Solutions with knowledge of modules such as Admissions Student Records Financial Aid and Academic Advising.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and test preparation.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft integrations and upgrades as well as ITIL Agile and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Test Management tools (e.g. ALM) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across functional and technical teams.
- 6 years of QA experience and a minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
