Sr. Power BI Developer
100% Remote (25% Travel to UK)
12 months
Job Description:
Build an endtoend solution with Power BI:
- Data query
- Mastery of the PBI Get data step including:
- Accessing any data source provided within PBI Get data
- SQL embedded queries
- Power Query Editor data transformations and query management
- Use of M script
- Query folding
- Direct SQL queries
- Transformations
- Mastery of DAX
- Validation and debugging
- Maximizing performance
- Computes and aggregations to support the data model
- Data modeling including expertise in:
- Schema design
- DAX analytic queries to filter group or summarize
- Implicit and explicit measures
- Calculated tables and columns
- Visualization and report development including mastery in:
- Requirements definition
- Design and development of wireframes
- PBI visualizations
- Report navigation
- Interactions
- Drill throughs
- Dashboards
- Buttons bookmarks and selections
- PBI natural language question design
- Distribution including experience with:
- PBI Workspaces
- PBI Apps
- Azurebased PBI report management
