Job Description: The Senior Help Desk Desktop Specialist performs a variety of user support tasks either independently or under supervision of System Engineers which are broad in nature and are concerned with the support maintenance and administration of the end user computing environment.
This includes basic network services hardware (desktop computers laptop computers mobile devices) software (MS Office Adobe etc.) and support facilities and/or equipment as stated in the SOW.
In addition the Help Desk Team Lead guides the team of help desk specialists. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent and six years of relevant experience in a leadership role in end user support activities ten years of ITrelated and including six (6) years of relevant experience in a leadership role in end user support activities.
The Help Desk Team Lead should possess one or more of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) and/or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
