- The Senior Inspector in the Product Development Center (PDC) is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products throughout the development process.
- This role involves conducting inspections assessments and testing of materials and products providing feedback to the development team and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Inspection & Testing: Conduct detailed inspections and testing of products at various stages of development to ensure quality standards are met.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections tests and evaluations and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product development engineering and production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant industry standards and regulations ensuring that all products comply with necessary certifications and guidelines.
