Due to expansion they are seeking to hire a Head of Sales (Wealth Management) to drive their wealth management services and oversee a highperforming sales team.

Job Responsibilities
- Streamline processes to boost efficiency and minimize turnaround time for wealth management activities.
- Regularly assess KPIs to pinpoint areas for improvement and ensure sales targets are met.
- Work with stakeholders to create and implement sales strategies that maximize productivity and sales potential.
- Manage the Lead Management System (LMS) and refine conversion strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion.
- Develop and execute process changes to improve customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
- Design and implement monthly incentive programs to motivate teams and drive wealth management sales.
- Conduct competitor analyses to identify trends and recommend strategies to grow wealth management sales across regions.
- Inspire wealth management teams to achieve their objectives fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
- Offer training and development to equip teams with essential skills and knowledge.
- Oversee team performance providing feedback and coaching to support growth.
- Work with stakeholders to advocate for policies that drive sales performance.
- Address negative client experiences that could impact brand positioning ensuring top service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment of objectives for wealth management.
- Forecast and plan manpower needed for wealth management teams across regions to meet business demands.
- Lead recruitment efforts with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and build highperforming sales teams.
- Track wealth management team activities against targets and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Conduct appraisals and mentoring to support professional development.
- Visit regional offices to assess and support performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR on monthly salary computations for wealth management teams ensuring compliance with policies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management with a focus on wealth management or financial services.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products and sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead develop and motivate sales teams across multiple regions.
- Proficiency in using Lead Management Systems and CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal analytical and project management skills.
Proven experience (2+ years) in product management within the financial services sector, with a knowledge of wealth management products. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
