We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 2
Theatre for a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland.

We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are the center of all we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create implement and oversee budgetary and human resource plans to guarantee a successful and efficient service.
  • Arrange for innovations advancements and specialised nursing services.
  • Make sure that nursing care is best practice and grounded in the most recent research findings.
  • Establish strong ties with other medical facilities that are pertinent to the provision and improvement of services.
  • Keep an eye on complaints look into any nursing or clinical complaints take necessary corrective action and examine the audit to make sure there are no recurrences.
  • Make certain that every record is kept up to date and correctly.
  • Utilise an evidencebased care planning approach to manage patient care and guarantee the highest professional standards.
  • Exhibit a high degree of clinical and professional leadership.
  • Oversee the coordination evaluation planning provision and evaluation of service user care by all employees in the assigned area or areas.



Requirements

  • Be registered in the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI
  • Possess a minimum of three years of perioperative theatre nursing experience and at least five years of recent relevant postregistration nursing experience working fulltime or equivalent hours parttime in an acute hospital context.
  • possess or be pursuing a recognised postregistration nursing degree such as a Higher Diploma or Post Graduate program in PeriOperative Theatre Nursing.
