Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.
Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Jupiter West FL (required);
Experience as an IT Scrum Master (3 years);
Experience working in a senior role managing multiple agile teams and delivering complex IT projects in a regulated environment (1 year);
Experience balancing 23 agile teams and implementing strategic initiatives;
Experience in Agile tools (e.g. Jira Confluence VersionOne);
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP);
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
Preferred:
Experience in the nuclear energy sector or other highly regulated environments
SAFe Scrum Master PMIACP or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Conducts complex operational analyses and leads medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit;
Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management;
Conduct statistical analyses and coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives;
Encourage Agile behaviors reinforce practices norms ceremonies and support the overall team performance and efficiency
Create an environment whereby the team is motivated selforganizing and selfsufficient
Organize and facilitate effective Scrum rituals: backlog refinement sprint planning daily standup sprint review and sprint retrospective;
Mentor and guide lower level analysts.
