Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Project Architect/Project Manager on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong technical background a proactive approach to problemsolving and a commitment to fostering growth in a collaborative smallfirm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Oversee and manage project teams providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of projects handling both administrative and technical responsibilities to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients consultants and team members maintaining high standards in client service and project delivery.
Preferred Background:
- 57 years of experience in an architectural firm with a professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensure is preferred but not required.
- Experience with municipal commercial and mixeduse buildings is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage teams with a range of experience levels providing mentorship and fostering professional development.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and Office 365 Suite is required.
- Familiarity with Enscape Bluebeam and Adobe Suite is preferred but not mandatory.
