Role Overview
The Workday Integration Developer/Analyst will design and manage complex Workday integrations primarily using Workday Studio. This role is focused on establishing efficient data flows between Workday and external systems such as payroll recruiting and benefits.
Responsibilities- Develop Integrations: Build and manage integrations using Workday Studio to facilitate seamless data flow between Workday and thirdparty systems.
- System Integration Testing (SIT): Conduct comprehensive SIT cycles to ensure all system components function smoothly and accurately.
- Workflow Management: Oversee data mapping and workflows ensuring system connectivity and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration issues quickly providing support and technical expertise as needed.
- Workday Studio Proficiency: Strong experience in building integrations with Workday Studio including data mapping and workflow management.
- Integration Technologies: Knowledge of APIs (REST SOAP) and expertise in connecting external systems to Workday.
- System Testing Experience: Experience with SIT for validating custom configurations.
- Analytical and DetailOriented: Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and identify process improvements within Workday.
