Essential requirements:
You are an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in learning technology ecosystems. You understand the unique challenges of designing for largescale learning environments and are skilled at creating digital experiences that are both impactful and scalable.
5 years of UX design experience with a focus on learning technology educational platforms or similar ecosystems.
Deep knowledge of usercentered design principles particularly for learning management systems content creation tools and admin interfaces.
Exceptional communication skills: You can convey complex ideas simply and clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
Problemsolver at heart: You thrive on turning complexity into clarity and have a talent for designing elegant userfriendly solutions.
Collaborative and feedbackdriven: Youre a team player who values open communication feedback and continuous improvement.
Datainformed Decision Making: You know how to interpret data and drive actionable conclusions from it.
Meritorious:
Experience with pedagogical design or an understanding of educational principles.
Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
