Description:
Support of the fiscal budgetary and accounting operations for AMD. Plans organizes develops maintains and coordinates the development and implementation of fiscal operations processes policies and procedures for the MN program.
Support development of the annual agencys MN budget and reviews statewide expenditure and spend plan data. Will perform monthly program/project expense analysis and assist with the review and analysis of MN expenditures and budgets. Will be responsible for supporting executive decision making and presenting the financial aspects of projects to senior management. Requires understanding budgeting and accounting with the ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions.
Participate in the development and maintenance of performance metrics measurements methods and targets to promote financial accountability and assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities.
Provide good customer service to internal team members & external customers comprehensive analytical skills (Excel MS Word) being an effective communicator as well as being selfmotivated and showing initiative while accomplishing the task at hand.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contractrelated matters to ensure compliance with contract requirements monitoring contractor performance and payment resolving disputes and contractual issues developing and managing relationships with external contractors and organizing and managing contractual documents.
