Head of Product VMC

At Verifymy were on a mission to make the digital world safer for everyone especially children and were looking for a Head of Product to lead our VMC productour comprehensive solution for identity and content verification moderation and complaint management specifically designed for usergenerated content platforms.
Youll work closely with the Head of Product (VMA) to build a powerful ecosystem of solutions that tackle the growing online trust safety and compliance challenges.

From content provider and participant verification to prerecorded and livestream moderation VMC helps platforms manage trust and safety risks offering automated identity verification realtime moderation and comprehensive complaint management.

What youll do

• Guide and mentor your team while shaping the broader product management culture: Build a culture of excellence not just within your direct team but across the product organisation. Lead by example in fostering continuous improvement collaboration and best practices that drive organisational excellence in both product discovery and delivery.
• Transition to an outcomesfocused approach: Empower your team to make smarter decisions with data tracking product success with confidence.
• Champion simplicity and collaboration: Work crossfunctionally with engineering design and commercial teams promoting a culture of simplicity experimentation and continuous learning. Be a natural collaborator unafraid to iterate quickly and learn from failures to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and users.
• Partner with the Head of Product for VMA: Ensure a cohesive product experience across our suite of products amplifying our impact through collaboration.
• Engage stakeholders across the business: Work closely with executives and teams to ensure the product strategy aligns with company objectives and customer needs.
• Lead with data and insights: Conduct market research competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to uncover market trends opportunities and pressing customer needs. Use this data to drive informed product decisions and prioritise feature development keeping our product ahead of the curve.
• Build the worlds best content moderation platform: Lead the development of a our content moderation platform for prerecorded and livestream material using a combination of AI machine learning and a global network of expert human moderators.
• Drive innovation in AI & content moderation: Spearhead the development of AIdriven solutions for content moderation ensuring the VMC product tackles online safety challenges headon. Your work will help safeguard usergenerated content platforms by proactively managing harmful content and ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Execute impactful product launches: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute product launches that generate excitement and drive adoption. Youll support in the creation of marketing collateral and ensure a seamless launch process maximising product impact in the market.
• Analyse and optimise product performance: Track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of features and product releases. Leverage these insights to continuously refine and enhance the VMC product ensuring we deliver the best solutions for our customers and users.
• Ensure compliance and safety: Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry standards ensuring that our products comply with legal and safety requirements. Youll work closely with internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure that the VMC product is a trusted compliant solution for our customers.

About you
