Job Description
Job Summary: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients families and significant others receive individualized high quality safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment that is administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders and is supported through the Shared Governance Model.
Required Minimum Education: Associates Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing Required Bachelors Degree Nursing Preferred
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s): All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN Multistate Compact Basic Life Support or BLS Instructor
Required Minimum Experience: Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
Required direct patient care experience
Shift: Night
dditional note: Nights shift 645p715a
Every other weekend2 major 2 minor holidays
REQ Certs: ACLS BLS NIHSS RN Lic
