In the PCU you manage patients with complex needs ensuring they receive the care required to stabilize and improve. Your role involves monitoring vitals managing medications and providing interventions as needed for patients with fluctuating conditions. You are skilled in handling a wide range of situations from early signs of distress to managing recovery. Your toolkit Cardiac monitors infusion systems and continuous assessments. Your superpowers Acute clinical knowledge quick adaptability and strong communication. You are observant decisive and committed to patient recovery. Every shift you help patients transition toward better health and stability. Thats the balance you bring in progressive care.
