Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct patient assessments manage patient care plans and perform clinical nursing procedures according to the facilitys standards.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on treatment plans medication instructions and health management techniques.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians nurse practitioners and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document patient assessments interventions and progress to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to support the highest standards in patient care and safety.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of practice (multiple state licenses or compact licensure a plus).
Minimum of 2 year of experience in an ambulatory outpatient or similar setting preferred.
Strong clinical assessment interpersonal and communication skills.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
