Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Accounts Manager & Business Development Manager to manage client accounts and drive business growth for our temporary staffing solutions. This hybrid role combines account management with business development ideal for a professional who excels in building client relationships identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry and a passion for connecting companies with the talent they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries troubleshooting issues and providing solutions promptly.
  • Understand client needs and ensure our staffing services align with their business goals and objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and metrics providing insights for ongoing and future engagement.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of staffing services.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets to expand our client base.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor analysis and potential business areas.
  • Generate leads through networking cold calling and attending industry events creating a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop proposals present staffing solutions and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  • Set sales targets forecast revenue and track progress aiming to exceed revenue goals.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the availability of suitable candidates for client requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Provide feedback on service offerings based on client interactions and industry trends to help improve services.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 35 years in staffing recruitment or a related industry with a proven record in both account management and business development.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a clientcentric approach.
    • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
    • Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Understanding of the temp staffing industry and workforce solutions.
