Job Description

FenX (current version) 1 to 3 yrs

FenE (enterprise) previous version is okay to have as the candidate will have experience in the platform
Functional Skills: Customer Lifecycle Management Customer Onboarding KYC (Know Your Customer) Customer Risk Scoring 5 to 6 yrs Implementation/ Configuration/ Integration experience Should have experience Leading
Job Description:
  • The ideal candidate should have extensive experience at least 56 years on Customer Lifecycle Management Customer Onboarding KYC Customer Risk Scoring.
  • Experience on AML Regulatory Reporting Sanctions Screening will be an advantage.
  • The candidate should have 13 years of product implementation experience with FenX.
  • The candidate be able to configure the journeys phases and tasks within the platform.

To gain a better understanding of your experience with the FenX platform could you kindly provide insights on the following questions:

  1. Do you have experience configuring journeys within the FenX platform
  2. Have you worked on customizing journeys processes or tasks in FenX If so could you briefly describe a use case where you applied these skills
  3. Could you describe your typical daytoday interaction with the FenX platform including any specific tasks or processes you regularly handle
