ACT as an advisor for the commercial domains
Lead the solution implementation technical aspects
Analyze business requirements and elaborate opportunity/feasibility study to Head of IT Business Development in coordination with Others IT / Business stakeholders
Participate in building business case and RPF (Request for Proposal Process) cycle
Enhance the BRD (users' requirement document)
Generate feasibility study for the project includes the possible solutions, cost/benefit analysis for each solution
Coordinate with the Project Managers / PMO to report status and issue escalation & resolution for all order book items and operational matters for the significant part of a Business line
The job holder will be expected to exercise initiative in overcoming obstacles to success
They will be expected to adopt a flexible approach in terms of working hours
Process Analysis: Assessing existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Strategy Development: Developing a strategic vision and roadmap for process transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather input, align objectives, and ensure buy-in for transformation initiatives.
Process Redesign: Designing new processes or redesigning existing ones, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
Technology Integration: Identifying and implementing appropriate technologies or tools that facilitate process improvement and automation.
Change Management: Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions, including training and support for employees.

Describe Technical Skills Required
A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent experience in related field with business back ground
Experience in BPM,CRM,Sales ,campaign management and digital solutions
Banking experience is a must
Database experience is a plus
Development experience is a plus
Experience in Troubleshooting
Experience in managing User acceptance testing
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) to manage transformation initiatives effectively.
Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and practices to facilitate smooth transitions during process transformations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and engage stakeholders effectively.
Technology Acumen: Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools that can support process automation and improvement.
