E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance
Create and launch continually promotional activity at the item level and decide the channel strategy by SKU (which e-commerce channels what products will sell in, and when)
Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand's online presence (locally and internationally)
Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners
Develop plan, KPI and goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner
Define and implement a go to market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, and sales.)
Identify new Ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement them
Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance brand presence online.
Website Management: Overseeing the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, functional, and optimized for conversions.
Product Management: Managing the online product catalog, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels.
Digital Marketing: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing website performance metrics, sales data, and customer behavior to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
Customer Experience: Enhancing the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
Proven experience in e-commerce management
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
E-Commerce Expertise: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to derive actionable insights for business growth.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of customer needs and behavior to enhance the online shopping experience.
