Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and identify areas for process automation.
- Design develop and implement automated workflows using nocode tools such as Zapier Airtable Integromat (Make) or others.
- Integrate various applications platforms and services to create seamless data flows.
- Optimize existing automation solutions to improve performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in workflows ensuring smooth operation.
- Stay updated with emerging nocode technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Train and support team members in using automation tools effectively.
- Document automation processes and provide userfriendly instructions.
Requirements
- Experience with nocode/lowcode automation platforms such as Zapier Integromat (Make) Airtable or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation principles and data integration.
- Strong coding experience in languages like JavaScript or Python particularly for handling APIs and automation logic.
- Ability to analyze business processes and suggest relevant automation solutions.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical team members.
- Experience in working with APIs cloud infrastructure and databases.
- Experience with project management tools like Notion and Google Workspace.
- Passion for nocode platforms and continuous learning in the automation space.
