Job Description
Our client is a Nigerian financial services provider that operates as a licensed commercial bank. Due to expansion they need Partnership Managers (Retail / SME Banking Corporate / Commercial Banking in the Private and Public Banking Sector).
LOCATIONS:(Lagos Ibadan Calabar Uyo Benin AbujaPHC)
GRADE: (ET DM)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Engagement (Physical and Virtual)
- Existing Business Relationship Management. (Cross/Up Selling)
- Channel Optimization
- Liability Generation (CASA & FD)
- Risk Asset Creation
- Credit processing and Appraisals
- Close Monitoring of Credit relationships and loan recoveries
- Achieving set Financial and NonFinancial Targets
- Merchant/Agent onboarding
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Sc./ M.Sc. in accounting or any relevant field
- Experience in the Banking Sector
- Good Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Strong Financial Analysis and Interpretation capabilities
- Good presentation skills and effective communication skills
- Credit Appraisal skills
- Must be a great team player
- Entrepreneurship Skill
- Analytical and Problem solving skills
- SelfManagement and Interpersonal Skills
