As a Partnership Coordinator you will play a key role in building and sustaining relationships with our valued partners contributing to the success of our initiatives and driving impactful collaborations that support our mission.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Partnership Coordinator to lead our partner engagement efforts. In this role you will identify develop and nurture relationships with organizational partners ensuring alignment with Grow Women Leaders mission and program goals. You will manage collaborative projects track outcomes and communicate impact effectively to stakeholders.
This role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of the Canadian workforce landscape including challenges faced by underrepresented groups and a proven ability to create valuedriven partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Development and Relationship Management
Identify establish and maintain relationships with corporate nonprofit and governmental partners aligned with our mission. Serveasthe primary point of contact for partners ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Develop tailored engagement strategies for each partner to maximize mutual benefits.
2. Strategic Planning and Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives and program outcomes.
Leadthe planning and execution of joint initiatives ensuring timely delivery of shared goals.
Create and manage partner engagement plans including timelines deliverables and metrics for success.
3. Communication and Reporting
Prepare professional communication materials including proposals impact reports presentations and newsletters for partners.
Provide regular updates to partners on program outcomes and opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Represent Grow Women Leaders at partner meetings events and industry forums.
4. Data Analysis and Impact Measurement
Track and analyze partnership outcomes including participant success rates and program impacts.
Develop and present reports showcasing partnership results and recommending areas for growth.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Workclosely with program teams to integrate partner feedback into program design and delivery.
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of partnerrelated projects.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor s degree in business administration communications social sciences or a related field.
Experience:
Minimumof 5years of experience in partnership coordination business development or stakeholder management.
Demonstrated understanding of the Canadian workforce including challenges faced by underrepresented groups such as immigrants women and BIWOC.
Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a focus on detail and accountability.
Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
Analytical skills to assess partnership performance and make datadriven recommendations.
Knowledge of diversity equity and inclusion principles in the workplace.
