Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Showroom / Branch Independently
- Oversee the daily operations of the store In line with the company s Vision.
- Follow and maintain display planogram keep the branch neat and tidy.
- Motivate and Engage Store Team to Create a Great Customer Experience.
- Developing Promotion strategies for Store.
- Inventory Management Managing and holding Inventory.
- Keeping safety of store employees and inventory incheck.
- Store Profitability Achieve Sales Nos TGT Vs Achievement.
- People Management.
- Business Acumen Store Margin & Profitability.
- Oversee Dealer target & achievement.
- Manage B2B lead follow up & sales conversion at branch level.
- Training of subordinates for better future and growth of overall team.
- Timely implementation of Promotions price update and directives from HO.
- Proper communication with customers and assistance in customer service.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Prepare detailed reports on branch performance and feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electronics Retail B2B & Channel.
- Bachelor Degree (BBA & MBA added advantage).
- Excellent writing skills.
- Fluent in MS Office & Prior experience of ERP operation.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels effectively and from various backgrounds.
- Receptive to Travel.
- Team handling & Team Player.
- Customer care (Pre & Post sales).
- Fluent in English and local Language.
