Business Development Officer Financial Planning

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads and actively enroll new clients into our financial planning services.
- Establish tieups with organizations and associations to conduct educative webinars seminars and other lead generation activities.
- Coordinate and conduct various lead generation activities to expand the client base.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to existing clients.
- Collaborate with financial planners and operations team to provide prompt service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records including updates and reports in CRM and other relevant systems.
- Work closely with financial planners to secure service renewals from existing clients and enhance client retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials to support business development efforts.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry preferably in business development or financial planning roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Knowledge of financial products and services including investment options insurance and retirement planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management and reporting.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality service and exceeding client expectations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in financial planning and business development.
sales or marketing experience in Investment sector, bank and BFSI. Knowledge of financial products.

Degree Mandatory
