Increase the business of retailers/installers by offering sales trainingVisual

Merchandising Pricing Strategy Loyalty Program and meeting more customers.

Develop skills and experience of sales force who can become future leaders.

Responsibility
  • Contact and physical meeting with retail shop/dealers/retailers/epc installers to inform them about Loom Solar Product and offerings (daily visit 5 counters)

  • Negotiate with retailers/installers to sell loom solar products

  • Prepare Quotations and share with installers/retailers for their order requirement

  • Keep Record and update of all visits in company sales application

  • Pickup call and understand challenges of dealers and provide solutions

  • Ensure that Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channel vis a vis the

    competition

  • Monitor Installers and dealer Stock movement & Secondary / Tertiary Sales

  • Conduct Installers / Dealer meets and training programs





Requirements

  • Preferred Btech/MBA Candidate from Top Tier 1 institute only

  • Great negotiations skills fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language

  • An attitude to get things done problem solving skills Passionate for achieving goals

  • Rigorous followup and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Dealers/Installers.

  • Must have own vehicles Travel is must for this role
