Job Description

Ready to make a mark in the fastpaced food retail sector We re looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Manager to drive online sales and elevate our client s ecommerce presence. In this exciting role you ll craft strategic business plans uncover growth opportunities and enhance the omnichannel experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with ecommerce goals to achieve key objectives.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish clear objectives and KPIs to track success and drive performance.
  • Growth Identification: Identify new business opportunities on the ecommerce platform focusing on revenue and market share expansion.
  • Assortment and Pricing: Oversee assortment and pricing strategies to maintain competitive advantage collaborating with Commercial teams.
  • Omni channel Collaboration: Work with the Shopper/Brand Activation team to ensure seamless online and instore promotional activities.
  • Reporting and Insights: Manage monthly reporting and provide actionable recommendations to meet sales targets and gross merchandise value (GMV) goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze trends and performance data to uncover opportunities and create effective action plans.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for ecommerce activities building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Alignment and Strategy: Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on ecommerce strategies and promotional efforts.


Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Ecommerce or a related field; a master s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in ecommerce management or digital marketing with a proven record of driving sales growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics SEO SEM and social media management).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Market Insight: Familiarity with online retail trends and consumer behavior in the food sector.
  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans including sales forecasting and budget management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaboration: Strong relationshipbuilding skills for effective crossfunctional teamwork.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated project management capabilities overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer Experience: Deep understanding of customer journey optimization in an online retail environment.
