- Program Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of the sonography program curriculum ensuring it meets industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Faculty Management: Recruit train and supervise faculty members providing guidance and support to ensure highquality instruction.
- Student Support: Advise and mentor students assisting with academic planning and career guidance to enhance student success and retention.
- Curriculum Development: Continuously evaluate and update the curriculum to incorporate the latest advancements in sonography and educational practices.
- Accreditation and Compliance: Ensure the program complies with all accreditation standards and regulatory requirements preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the program budget allocating resources effectively to support program goals and initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with healthcare facilities and industry partners to enhance program visibility and provide students with clinical placement opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Implement assessment and evaluation processes to monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Baccalaureate degree; a Master s degree is preferred.
- Credentials: Must hold the appropriate credential(s) specific to one or more sonography concentrations offered.
- Experience: Proven experience in supervision instruction evaluation and student guidance alongside expertise in educational theories and techniques.
- Clinical Expertise: At least two years of clinical experience as a registered sonographer.
Preferred Experience in Educational Theories:
Candidates with completed college courses seminars or inservice training in learning theory curriculum design test construction teaching methodologies or assessment techniques are highly desirable.
