What you will do

Known for our exceptional customer service and commitment to excellence we are dedicated to simplifying operations for our clients allowing them to focus on growth while we handle the complexities of local compliance. We are currently seeking a detailoriented and collaborative Payroll and Bookkeeping Executive to join our expanding team ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and values variety in daily responsibilities.

  1. Payroll and Social Security:

    • Process payroll accurately and promptly for all employees.

    • Manage and maintain employee records related to payroll benefits and social security contributions.

    • Ensure compliance with local state and federal payroll and social security regulations.

    • Assist work permit/visa process for foreign staff

    • Assist employees with payrollrelated inquiries.

  2. Recruitment:

    • Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage the applicant tracking system.

    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

    • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

    • Support the HR team with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

  3. Bookkeeping:

    • Record and categorize all incoming and outgoing payments. Bank transfer processing and tracking.

    • Collaborate with accounting to maintain accurate records.

    • Payroll calculation and processing

  4. General Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain organized and uptodate records and files.

    • Assist in preparing processing HR and financial documents.

    • Communicate consult with staff customers and colleagues abroad on related matters

    • Support company registration

    • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.

    • Other task assigned by Managers

Requirements

What you are good at

You should have the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in payroll processing HR support recruitment or administration in a small professional company is preferred.

  • Good understanding of and payroll regulations.

  • General knowledge of bookkeeping tax regulations accounting principles under Thai Tax Law is a plus

  • Company registration knowledge

  • Work permit/visa processing knowledge

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (a plus).

Highly proactive, driven, and eager to succeed in sales. Prefer experience in sales, lead generation or building/facility management. Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written). Ability to operate independently and proactively solve problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Highly organized with effective time-management skills. Comfortable commuting between different building locations in Ho Chi Minh City as needed. Previous experience in hospitality management, real estate management, or customer service is a plus.
