Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our web applications while collaborating closely with our frontend developer. Your work will include implementing new features managing databases and ensuring our digital assets overall reliability and performance. This role may also require availability during offhours for urgent updates or troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
BackEnd Development & Maintenance:
- Write clean efficient code for web applications and troubleshoot/debug issues.
- Manage and optimize databases to ensure smooth functionality.
- Use Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and to provide insights on application performance and reliability.
Collaboration with FrontEnd Developer:
- Work closely with the frontend team to integrate and ensure consistency across userfacing elements.
API Integration:
- Integrate and manage APIs from platforms like Google Ads Microsoft Ads Meta and ChatGPT.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems including ServiceTitan.
Server & Code Management:
- Oversee both development and live servers to ensure reliability and performance.
- Maintain code cleanliness and manage version control.
Technical Support & Security:
- Troubleshoot server and database issues ensuring web security and compliance.
Landing Page Development:
- Assist in developing and optimizing landing pages for marketing and user experience.
Requirements:
Proven Experience:
- Previous experience as a backend developer particularly in a Node.js environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in database management (e.g. MySQL MongoDB).
- Familiarity with serverside programming languages (e.g. Java Ruby PHP Python).
- Knowledge of CMS frameworks and frontend languages (HTML JavaScript CSS).
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting purposes and data analysis.
Teamwork & ProblemSolving:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing and API integrations.
- Familiarity with React for frontend collaboration.
- Ability to manage both development and live server environments.
OffHours Availability:
- Be available during offhours for critical updates or troubleshooting ensuring minimal downtime.
