Job Description
An exceptional nursery in Birmingham is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher Lead to join their team starting January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring educator to take on a Nursery Teacher Lead role even if you dont yet hold formal teaching qualifications. Unqualified teachers are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities of the Nursery Teacher Lead:
- As a Nursery Teacher Lead you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging developmentally appropriate activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Leading the nursery team the Nursery Teacher Lead will inspire and foster a nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported.
- The Nursery Teacher Lead will develop and monitor each childs progress identifying individual needs and providing tailored support to help them reach developmental milestones.
- Fostering positive relationships with parents the Nursery Teacher Lead will keep them informed about their childs progress and experiences in the nursery.
- Collaborating with nursery assistants and staff the Nursery Teacher Lead will plan and deliver creative learning activities that support the EYFS framework.
