Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Chicago IL
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Work Format: Hybrid (requires 2 days onsite from day one)
Interview process: Video interview
Required qualification: Technical Degree or related work experience
Desired experience: Experience with inflight entertainment streaming platform and broadband/wifi connectivity
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying requirements across business units
Developing system prototypes for increased efficiency
Creating and implementing management plans for projects
Performing quality assurance at every stage of system development
Developing user requirements for systems in production
Partnering with stakeholder teams across business units
Evaluating analyzing and communicating system requirements
Authoring and updating internal and external documentation
Conducting daily system analytics
Developing meaningful relationships with partners for optimal system integration
Key skills:
Proficiency with SQL language and database management
Strong analytical abilities
Experience in generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with Business Objects
Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.
