This is a unique opportunity for a highly independent and proactive professional to build HR processes and policies from the ground up in a fastpaced highly professional environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as a oneperson HR team initially and capable of setting up robust practices in benefits administration recruiting payroll employee relations policy development and performance management.
Role Description:
As the HR Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations and establishing best practices that align with the firms growth goals. Reporting directly to the CEO you will have the autonomy to develop and implement HR initiatives including recruitment processes employee onboarding benefits management payroll and performance management systems. A strategic partner in driving the firms culture you will also play a key role in enhancing employee relations promoting engagement and fostering an inclusive work environment.
