Job Description: We are seeking a Logistics and Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance along with expertise in invoice management and negotiations. As a Logistics and Purchasing Assistant you will be responsible for assisting in accounting tasks while playing a key role in managing purchasing and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable including tracking payments and invoices.
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing and payment terms.
- Coordinate purchasing activities including supplier selection placing orders and tracking deliveries.
- Optimize logistical processes to ensure efficient inventory management and timely product delivery.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and performance indicators related to purchasing and logistics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing and logistics management processes and systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance logistics or related field.
- Excellent English level
- Previous experience in a similar role with a strong background in accounting and finance.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms from suppliers.
- Proficiency in computer tools and software for accounting and purchasing management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
