Pediatric MedicalSurgical Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity
$15000.00 Sign on Bonus
Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse passionate about caring for pediatric patients Join our dynamic team as a Pediatric MedicalSurgical RN and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver highquality patientcentered care in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a medicalsurgical unit.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications IVs and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patients vital signs and report any changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate patients and families about procedures treatments and discharge plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and other best practices.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in WA or ability to obtain licensure.
- BLS and PALS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (pediatric experience preferred).
- Strong critical thinking problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
