Currently we are partnered with a distinguished 137bed acute care hospital in Central North Carolina in search of a highly talented Director of Cardiovascular Services.
Job Summary:
Lead and transform our clients comprehensive cardiovascular service line including the Cath Lab Endoscopy Vascular and Cardiac Rehabilitation departments. In this pivotal leadership role youll drive clinical excellence optimize patient outcomes and spearhead strategic growth initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic direction and operational excellence across the cardiovascular service line
- Optimize clinical outcomes through evidencebased practice implementation
- Lead development of policies procedures and quality improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental budget and resource allocation effectively
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians staff and administrative leaders
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain highest standards of patient care
- Drive efficient patient throughput while maintaining optimal staffing levels
- Oversee equipment and supply chain management for costeffective operations
Qualifications:
- You bring clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina (or compact state)
- Your experience includes 35 years in cardiovascular services leadership
- Youve developed deep expertise in Cardiac Cath Lab operations
- Your leadership approach emphasizes team development and mentorship
- Experience in performance improvement methodologies is valuable
- Bachelors degree required Masters degree appreciated
