Job Description
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role experience in manufacturing sector preferred.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Certification: PHR certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and legal regulations. Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Ability to lead and administer the HR duties in a handson manner. This individual will lead the HR function.
Preferred Attributes:
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
