Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role experience in manufacturing sector preferred.
Language: Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Certification: PHR certification preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and legal regulations. Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Ability to lead and administer the HR duties in a handson manner. This individual will lead the HR function.
