An AI startup based in San Francisco focused on AI Assistants is seeking a Customer Engineer with experience in DevOps or a background as a Software Engineer working with DevOps practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to work closely with customers while contributing to the technical foundation of a cuttingedge AI company in a fastpaced and innovative environment.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Customer Engineer / Solutions Engineer / Deployed Engineer at an enterprisefacing software company OR have 2 years of experience in DevOps / Software Engineering and are interested in shifting to a more customerfacing role.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes cloud technologies (AWS GCP Azure) and onprem/cloud deployments
- Previously owned the deployment pipeline for a cloudhosted managed product or helped a customer to deploy product
- Excellent communication this is a customerfacing role so there is a need to be comfortable meeting and assisting customers daily
- Flexible approach to working hours as a start this could reach 60 hours per week!
- Experience working with a startup in this capacity before would be great!
- Must be currently or recently working in a technical handson capacity.
- The role might suit someone looking to move from a technical position into a customerfacing role.
- Handson coding ability would be preferred also (ideally with Python Typescript React)
