- Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM 05:30 PM (rotational shifts)
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Contract Type: Permanent Contract (3month trial period)
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 830 EUR per month (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus (KPI): 140 EUR per month (paid over 12 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (net)
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month

As a Customer Service Specialist you will support users by offering guidance and solutions to enhance their experience with the platform providing excellent service and technical troubleshooting. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and healthcare directly impacting how people access essential medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for platform users addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing solutions through phone email and chat.
- Offer technical support helping users navigate the platforms features and functionality.
- Ensure highquality customer interactions by providing realtime solutions and clear communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions tracking inquiries and resolutions.
What Youll Need:
- Proficiency in French (C2) with strong communication skills.
- Experience in customer service is a plus particularly in tech or healthcare settings.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to work onsite in Aveiro with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.
- Techsavvy and comfortable with digital platforms.
