Our client a respected leader in Washington States roofing and siding industry is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Manage content creation for both print and digital platforms including brochures website updates blog posts and email campaigns.
- Create and implement social media and digital marketing strategies managing paid ads and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Produce video content including educational materials and customer testimonial videos to highlight company expertise.
- Support the sales team by developing custom marketing materials such as proposal templates case studies and product literature.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging to maintain the companys position as a premier provider in the region while exploring opportunities for market expansion.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify business development initiatives propose ideas for new markets services or partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field is a plus but not required.
- 35 years of marketing experience ideally with business development exposure.
- Experience in constructionrelated marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as social media platforms Google Ads and email marketing tools.
- Strong skills in content creation graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus) and video production.
- Experience managing SEO/SEM campaigns and maintaining websites.
- Exceptional communication organizational and project management skills.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge or experience in the roofing siding or construction industry is advantageous.
