Were seeking for a talented relationship builder for the role of Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure new opportunities in meetings events incentives and business travel.
This position is Hybrid in the San Diego / Orange County area.
Skills needed for success:
5 years experience in meetings/incentives business travel or hotel sales management
5 years B2B sales within the travel/hospitality industry
Knowledgeable of air travel hotels/venues and destinations
Strategic selling negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Some travel required including nights and weekends
