Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional technical support on the design configuration deployment and troubleshooting of company products to regional resellers and endusers via phone email onsite visits etc.
- Deliver online or onsite product training and demos for resellers and enduser IT teams maintaining strong technical relationships with customer contacts.
- Document customer technical inquiries and assist in updating and maintaining internal knowledge bases and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the internal sales engineering team to address and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work closely with the sales team to synchronize on projects and relevant reseller business information.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Communication Electronics Computer Science or related fields.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with computer systems mobile devices and similar technology products.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Room technology is a plus.
- Experience in the AudioVisual industry and related technologies is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication coordination and project implementation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to independently conduct customer visits onsite demos and presentations at industry events.
