Job Description

Base Salary: $36000 to $45000 per year based on experience plus generous commissions with year 1 total compensation expected to be $85000 to $130000 and year 2 earning potential of $150000.

Requirements

Lead and motivate a team of doortodoor sales professionals driving performance in the field and modeling excellence.
Coach team members helping them reach individual goals while achieving ambitious team targets.

Proven sales and sales management experience preferably with doortodoor or field sales.
A dynamic and resilient individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about making an impact.
Someone who s not afraid to be in the field and lead by example rather than behind a desk.
A strong commitment to personal development and helping others reach their potential.
