Talent Depot a leading staffing agency is partnering with our client a wellestablished and rapidly growing manufacturer in the electrical industry. Our client designs and manufactures essential electrical products used in residential commercial power grid and signal applications. We are seeking a resultsdriven Regional Sales Manager to join their Power Grid division and drive continued growth in the region.
Position Summary:
As the Regional Sales Manager Power Grid you will play a pivotal role within the Power Grid sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to grow sales by managing a network of manufacturing representatives and by positioning our client as the top choice for electric utilities engineering firms contractors developers and EPC firms. Your strategic initiatives will drive longterm performance increase market share and build brand awareness across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed annual sales and EBITDA targets through strategic initiatives market analysis and execution of conversion opportunities.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (engineering firms electrical contractors utilities EPC firms) to ensure strong market presence and product specification.
- Market Development: Craft and implement a gotomarket strategy with a detailed SWOT analysis to enhance brand recognition and product adoption within the EPC market.
- Strategic Initiatives: Drive awareness and specification adoption through targeted campaigns training and close alignment with business goals.
- Prospecting: Actively engage in account development activities that yield conversions positive revenue growth and impact EBITDA favorably.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma required; B.B.A. preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales specifically selling wire or electrical components to the power grid sector (experience with electrical contractors utilities engineering firms or EPC firms is essential).
Marketing Expertise: Ability to design regional marketing plans and execute strategies for brand growth and market penetration.
