Job Description
- Responsible for and oversee daytoday site activities to achieve set measurable outcomes
- Plan work activities.
- Ensure morning toolbox meetings before the start of work each day.
- Allocate works to various gangs to achieve set targets.
- Oversee the settingout of Building Plans and ensure horizontal and vertical alignments as work progresses.
- Implement and ensure Quality Control and safe work methods
- Engage and manage men materials plants and equipment.
- Eliminate wastages in the site operations.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Attend internal and external project meetings as may be directed from time to time.
- This role will report to the Project manager and on a dotted line to the Project Director.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years postNYSC handson experience on big projects or a nongraduate with over 10 years working experience in large projects or multinational construction companies at foreman or supervisory levels.
- Rich experience working in a real estate project or building construction projects ranging from MultiStorey/singlestorey buildings road construction etc.
- An ideal candidate should have experience supervising and overseeing an estate management project.
- Educational degree in Civil Engineering Building Management and any other related degrees.
- Professional Qualifications in COREN and any other relevant qualification are an added advantage.
