Job Description
- Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user departments & stay abreast with the technological advances in surveillance & safety of equipment.
- Establish and maintain seamless coordination & cooperation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation productivity morale and guest service.
- Inspect regularly to assess the state of the buildings and of the installations.
- Check and ensure that proper safety measures have been adhered to and also ensure maintenance of all firefighting equipment.
- Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery equipment and engineering facilities of the hotel and also ensure that there is no breakdown of the engineering systems.
Qualifications :
Trade Diploma and Degree with Electrical HVAC
