Job Description
- Working with school leaders to oversee the daily operation of the school including admissions and enrollment administration staff management and operations
- Assisting with recruitment training and onboarding of new staff
- Ensure the efficient running of the school in compliance with school protocols and EDB requirements
- Support supervise mentor and assist all teachers ensuring the team maintains a highquality service and meets all expectations
- Ensure good communication and positive relationships with children families and the staff team
- Ensure classrooms documentation and daily onsite provision is of a high standard and deadlines are met in a professional and timely manner
- Plan prepare and execute school activities events and promotions
Requirements
- Degree holder in Early Childhood Education (ECE) OR equivalent qualification recognised by the Education Bureau
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Early years teaching
- Leadership experience leading teams or departments
- Curriculum development knowledge and experience in Early Years
- Fluent Chinese and English speaker
- Demonstrates professionalism commitment integrity strength of character and perseverance.
- Ability to monitor Early Years teachers and provide effective and credible feedback leading to improvement.
- Shows a strong work ethic and passionate about working with children.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; welldeveloped interpersonal skills (presentation skills an advantage).
