Job Description
Job Title: Cleaning Technician
Location: Downtown Indianapolis
Job Type:Parttime
Pay: $15.50 ($15.00 per hour $0.50 per hour attendance bonus)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Cleaning Technician to join our team and contribute to the overall cleanliness and safety of all our settings.
Responsibilities:
General Cleaning:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized industrial environment.
- Sweep mop and vacuum floors to remove debris and dust.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and other common areas.

Equipment Cleaning:
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers carpet cleaners and power washers to maintain machinery and workspaces.
- Ensure proper maintenance and storage of cleaning tools and equipment.

Waste Management:
- Collect and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Separate recyclables from nonrecyclables.

Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Report any safety hazards malfunctions or damage to the supervisor.

Detail Cleaning:
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed including window washing wall cleaning and highdust removal.

Communication:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient cleaning processes.
- Communicate any special cleaning requirements or issues to the supervisor.

Inventory Management:
- Monitor and report the need for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of cleaning materials.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to operate and maintain various cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during nonstandard hours weekends or overtime as needed.
