Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Director
Company Overview:
We are a leading FMCG company in Cairo Egypt with a strong presence in the market and a portfolio of popular consumer brands. We are committed to delivering highquality products and services to our customers and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to join our team.
Position Overview:
As the Commercial Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will oversee all aspects of the companys commercial operations including sales marketing customer service and supply chain management.

- B2B Business To Business
- Distributors Network
- Export (Target Markets North Africa East Africa)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the market.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new pportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Lead and manage the sales marketing customer service and supply chain teams to ensure effective execution of commercial plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales and market data to identify key performance indicators and make datadriven decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliers and distributors.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and launch new products and initiatives.
- Manage the commercial budget and ensure costeffective operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior commercial role preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Location and Contract Details:
This is a fulltime position based in Cairo Egypt. The contract details will be discussed during the interview process.
